Working closely with the Retail EAA Business Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the division meets compliance requirements within a tight regulatory timeline. As a Senior Project Manager with approximately 10 years of experience, you will drive large‑scale change initiatives and ensure end‑to‑end (E2E) visibility and transparency throughout the compliance readiness process. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to balance both high‑level and mid‑level details, and be technology literate (though not necessarily a subject matter expert). This role also requires excellent documentation, communication, and financial management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Retail division's readiness for compliance with the European Accessibility Act (EAA), working closely with the Retail EAA Business Lead.
  • Maintain an end‑to‑end (E2E) view of compliance readiness within the Retail division, ensuring transparency across all levels.
  • Drive delivery and status reporting for the Retail division, ensuring progress is tracked and key milestones are met.
  • Coordinate across multiple teams and senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely execution of tasks.
  • Toggle between high‑level strategy and mid‑level detail to move events forward and meet critical deadlines.
  • Provide clear documentation and verbal communication to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Manage the finances and spend for the Retail division, ensuring proper allocation of resources and budget management.
  • Work collaboratively and proactively with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth execution of compliance activities.
Qualifications / Essential Skills & Attributes
  • 10+ years of senior project management experience, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering large‑scale change initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across diverse groups and engage senior leadership effectively.
  • Proven ability to balance high‑level strategic planning with the execution of mid‑level detailed tasks.
  • Technology literate, with a broad understanding of technological systems and tools, but not required to be an SME.
  • Excellent documentation skills and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience in financial management and tracking of project budgets and expenditures.
  • Highly collaborative, professional, and proactive in approach.
Why CubeMatch?
  • Being part of a team that values integrity and ethical conduct above all else.
  • Collaborating with colleagues who are passionate about driving innovation and positive change.
  • Joining an inclusive and diverse workplace where your contributions are recognized and appreciated.
  • Accessing professional development opportunities to grow and advance in your career.
