PE Global are currently recruiting for a Electrical Supervisor to join our client, a leading infrastructure contractor to be based in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all electrical installation, testing, and commissioning activities on site
  • Ensure all electrical works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, technical drawings, and health and safety standards
  • Lead and manage a team of electricians and subcontractors, ensuring safe systems of work and high-quality standards are maintained throughout
  • Interpret electrical drawings and schematics, resolving technical issues as they arise
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other site supervisors to ensure effective coordination of activities
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and project-specific risk assessments and method statements (RAMS)
  • Monitor progress against the programme, highlighting any risks or delays and implementing corrective actions where necessary
  • Oversee the installation of electrical systems, including containment, power distribution, lighting, and control systems
  • Ensure all testing and inspection activities are completed to the required standard, with accurate documentation maintained
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date site records, including daily progress reports, material usage, and labour allocation
  • Provide technical support and mentoring to junior electricians and apprentices
  • Assist with project close-out and handover activities, including snagging, documentation, and client liaison
