Job Summary

Due to the continued success of our business, particularly in the residential division, we are seeking an Energy Consultant to join our residential sales team. This role will focus primarily on selling Solar PV and battery systems. This role will cover the Midlands & Dublin region.

As a key member of our sales team, the successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business within the residential market. You will work closely with our residential and sales support teams to propose customised solutions for each customer, ensuring their specific needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage a dynamic sales pipeline
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our in-house CRM system to track sales progress
  • Coordinate schedules for conducting surveys and scheduling order reporting
  • Engage with customers to assess their needs and develop tailored solutions accordingly
  • Promptly follow up on leads and deliver timely quotes to clients
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Proactively identify new sales leads through focused business development initiatives
  • Stay updated on product advancement and industry developments
Qualifications
  • Highly organised and adept at managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Previous experience in the solar/renewable energy sector or prior sales experience with technical projects or solutions is highly advantageous
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Proven ability to collaborate within a team to achieve goals
  • Strong commercial acumen and customer-centric mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
