Job summary

A corporate governance research firm in Limerick is seeking Research Associates to produce independent research on governance issues. Candidates should have backgrounds in business, finance, or law, and possess strong analytical and writing skills. Responsibilities include reviewing corporate materials, analyzing governance practices, and summarizing proposals. This role offers a supportive team environment and comprehensive training on corporate governance. It is a full-time fixed-term contract starting in February/March 2026.

Qualifications

Job Description

Research Associates (“RAs”) will work with Glass Lewis’ research teams to produce unbiased, independent research (Proxy Papers) covering your markets’ general meetings.

RA Focus Areas
  • Governance covering meeting proposals for board of director elections, committee memberships, environmental and social issues, skills matrices, auditor appointments, etc.
  • Remuneration covering meeting proposals for executive pay practices, incentive plans, pay‑for‑performance, etc.

Job Benefits

Contract: Fixed term full‑time (3-4 months).
