A global healthcare leader is seeking an Engineering Services professional to enhance equipment reliability at their Kilkenny facility in Ireland. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), track equipment failures, and implement predictive maintenance strategies. Abbott Diabetes Care has opened a new site, in Kilkenny, that is at the forefront of Diabetes care with the latest technology, to manufacture Freestyle blood glucose test strips and Freestyle Sensors for use in diabetes management. Among Abbott Diabetes Care leading brands are the Freestyle Precision, Freestyle Lite and Freestyle Libre systems.
You will be working with cross functional teams, ensuring our PMs and corrective maintenance are effective and efficient. You will monitor, implement and maintain processes that help increase productivity.
You will be an excellent communicator with all levels of the organisation and be able to work with a diverse set of individuals and teams. You have experiencing in working within a regulated environments and can work independently.
Efficiently use Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint essential)
This role reports to Orlagh Costello, our Engineering Services Manager. You will join Orlagh’s team of 11, working together to ensure reliable functioning of the production equipment.
