Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join their team in Dublin City Centre South on a permanent basis. This role focuses on client acquisition, credit analysis, and portfolio management within corporate banking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients while referring prospects to relevant teams.
  • Achieve revenue targets, account growth, and fee income objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end transaction execution, including credit analysis and approval.
  • Conduct commercial and credit assessments, financial analysis, and stress testing.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive credit applications for internal approvals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and market participants.
  • Monitor loan portfolios, financial reports, and market trends for risk assessment.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate banking with an international bank.

Soft Skills:
