• Medication Management: Administer medications to patients according to prescribed dosages and schedules, making adjustments based on patient conditions and responses.
• Patient Care: Uphold the dignity, safety, and confidentiality of all patients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
• Team Collaboration: Engage in effective teamwork, multidisciplinary, and multi-agency collaboration, utilising excellent communication skills to facilitate seamless patient care.

Qualifications
