Our ongoing success is powered by our exceptional team, and due to our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Regional Corporate Director (Senior Sales Consultant / BDM) to join our dynamic business.

The Role

This role plays a pivotal part in our company’s success and involves conducting pre-arranged and qualified meetings with potential clients to discuss exit planning and a potential sale of their company. You will conduct appropriate fact-finding detail regarding the business operation, review business accounts and present a tailored sale strategy to propose our services. We will expect you to establish strong client relationships and secure instructions to manage the sale process. The role encompasses a mix of remote video presentations and in-person meetings with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit businesses and company owners who are considering their sale/exit strategy
  • Evaluate the value and attributes of the business and discuss client objectives in relation to the exit
  • Present the features and advantages of KBS and secure formal instructions from the client
  • Ensure an impeccable client experience with empathy and diligence
What we’re looking for
  • Currently working in or have significant experience within the M&A field, ideally in a client-facing, direct sales role
  • The ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt and communicate effectively at all levels
  • A strong closer with a proven track record of exceeding targets
  • The ability to manage your own time and schedule
  • Proficient literacy/numerical skills
  • A compelling presentational style. Experience in remote meeting presentations would be a strong advantage.
  • A self-motivated, dynamic individual with passion, energy and commitment
  • A Persistent “can do, will do” attitude to thrive in our fast-paced role
  • Requires regular travel to appointments across the Republic of Ireland, typically within a 40–50 mile radius of Dublin.
