What You'll Be Doing
  • Own client relationships. Manage and nurture partnerships with existing clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering top-tier recruitment solutions.
  • Drive business growth. Identify new opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals, helping expand our client base.
  • Find exceptional talent. Use your creativity and tools (social media, job boards, referrals, etc.) to attract and engage high-quality candidates
  • Lead the process. From screening CVs and conducting interviews to guiding job offers, you'll own the end-to-end recruitment journey.
  • Be a trusted advisor. Keep clients informed with clear communication and insightful updates, becoming a go-to partner in their hiring strategy.
  • Stay ahead of the curve. Build your network and stay sharp with industry trends, talent strategies, and recruitment best practices.
