We are hiring for our client, a leading top law firm, who are seeking an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join their prestigious Dublin office. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified solicitor with 2+ years' PQE to work on high-quality real estate matters for a diverse range of clients, including institutional investors, developers, and high-net-worth individuals.
The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of complex and interesting real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, development projects, leasing, and financing. The Role:
Handle complex real estate transactions, including property acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and financing.

The Person:
2+ years’ PQE in real estate law, gained within a reputable firm or in-house.
Strong technical knowledge of real estate transactions and property law.
Excellent communication and drafting skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
