What You’ll Do

• Own and lead end-to-end delivery of R&D tax relief claims
• Translate complex innovation into compliant, compelling technical claims
• Deliver high-impact strategic advice to clients across Ireland
• Be the go-to advisor for clients, building long-term partnerships
• Stay ahead of evolving Irish and UK R&D legislation
• Coach and develop junior team members as we scale our Dublin office
• Collaborate closely with technical, commercial, and compliance teams across the UK and Ireland

What You Bring

• Proven experience managing R&D tax claims (UK or Irish schemes)
• Strong technical understanding of R&D legislation (Irish knowledge ideal)
• ATT / ACA / ACCA / CTA or equivalent professional qualification
• Commercial savvy and sharp communication skills
• Team leadership or mentorship experience (Senior / Team Lead / Assistant Manager / Manager / Senior Manager level)
