Quantity Surveyor (Senior) | Meath, Louth & Dublin (North)

€100k+, Car, Bonus, Pension, Benefits (tailored to suit)

With main contractor & leading property developer across Leinster, projects including:

• Residential and canal-side mixed-use development.
• 24-month residential, multi-phase to 5 floors with preservation/conservation of existing listed structures on site.
• Various projects in Meath, Louth & North Dublin in the pharma, data, industrial, educational, healthcare & commercial sectors.
• Refurb, fit out & restoration projects to listed structures including hotels and state buildings across the region.

Other Roles:

• Intermediate QS also for the Leinster region, projects to €15m.
• Estimator to be based in Head Office.

Proven commercial skills associated with projects listed above, previous experience of public works contracts an advantage but not necessary.
