Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a full‑time Quality Supervisor to join our South Dublin team.

Full Time Position & Working Hours

This is a permanent full‑time position. Core working hours are 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

To be successful in this role, you will occasionally be required to work some evenings and weekends.

This is a community‑based role and a full clean driving licence plus access to a car is essential, as the role requires travel.

The Role

• Be responsible for your own dedicated geographical region of South Dublin.
• Be responsible for managing all aspects of your clients’ care.
• Carry out duties such as service reviews, updating care plans, conducting risk assessments.
• Ensure we are delivering the highest quality standard of care to our clients.
• Provide ongoing support to the care team through supervision, competency reviews and staff engagement.
• Work closely with the scheduling team regarding capacity in each area.
• Use own initiative and report to the Quality Manager.

Requirements

• 1 year of previous experience in a supervisory role in a home‑care or healthcare setting is desirable.
• Full clean driving licence with access to your own car.
• QQI Level 5 (Major Award) in a healthcare‑related field or equivalent is required.
• A QQI Level 6 qualification is desirable, or the candidate must be willing to enrol.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced and busy office environment.
• Superb organisational skills, ability to prioritise workload and multi‑task.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and manage own time.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Fluent English speaker and permission to work full time in Ireland.
