- Fortivum is seeking a Project Manager with experience in managing and executing Data Centre MEP projects from concept through to handover.
- The successful candidate will act as a Client Representative, contributing to high-performance delivery of various data centre retrofit projects.
- Project Location: Greater Dublin
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of projects, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with design and engineering teams to ensure all deliverables meet client specifications and are completed on time and within budget.
- Use systems to track and monitor project progress, ensuring compliance across the project team.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess progress, address issues, and ensure safety and quality standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, including negotiating contracts and agreements where needed.
- Oversee financial aspects of projects, including cost control, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure all activities comply with relevant legislation, codes, and standards, especially health and safety regulations.
- Establish structures to monitor, review, and control expenditures.
- Implement cost and value control procedures and produce accurate, timely commercial reports.
- Prepare and issue monthly progress reports for Fortivum Senior Management.
- Foster collaborative relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
