Job description
  • Fortivum is seeking a Project Manager with experience in managing and executing Data Centre MEP projects from concept through to handover.
  • The successful candidate will act as a Client Representative, contributing to high-performance delivery of various data centre retrofit projects.
  • Project Location: Greater Dublin

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of projects, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with design and engineering teams to ensure all deliverables meet client specifications and are completed on time and within budget.
  • Use systems to track and monitor project progress, ensuring compliance across the project team.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess progress, address issues, and ensure safety and quality standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, including negotiating contracts and agreements where needed.
  • Oversee financial aspects of projects, including cost control, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ensure all activities comply with relevant legislation, codes, and standards, especially health and safety regulations.
  • Establish structures to monitor, review, and control expenditures.
  • Implement cost and value control procedures and produce accurate, timely commercial reports.
  • Prepare and issue monthly progress reports for Fortivum Senior Management.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
