We are passionate about emerging technologies, innovation, creation and Industry 4.0. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join the team at Gallarus.

Role Purpose
  • Oversee the implementation and delivery of Gallarus (GIS) products and services to clients across diverse industries (e.g., Life Sciences, Technology, Manufacturing).
  • Collaborate with clients and sales teams to define project scope, driving product development and end-to-end delivery.
  • Ensure project adherence to scope, timelines, and budget.
  • Monitor key project elements (scope, schedule, budget, change control) utilizing appropriate methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
Core Responsibilities
  • Identify and deliver project milestones and key deliverables.
  • Oversee project scope, track progress, and make decisions to drive the project forward.
  • Manage project changes, document and assess impacts on scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Guide the team in completing critical project documentation.
Agile Project Delivery
  • Set and track project goals using Agile principles.
  • Support backlog refinement to clarify user stories, estimate effort, and ensure a well-prepared backlog for delivery.
  • Develop a self-organising, cross‑functional Scrum team.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies: daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Oversee sprint progress, remove obstacles, and enhance team productivity.
Project Methodology
  • Select and apply appropriate project methodologies based on project requirements.
Relationship Management
  • Align project outcomes with customer needs and expectations.
  • Resolve client conflicts effectively, ensuring long‑term client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular process reviews for continual improvements.
Adaptation and Continuous Improvement
  • Adapt project plans based on client feedback and evolving priorities.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Sales teams to enhance processes and deliver value.
Risk/Issue Management
  • Identify potential project risks and co‑create mitigation strategies with stakeholders.
  • Address issues promptly, promoting a collaborative problem‑solving approach within the team.
Ideal Candidate
  • Project Delivery Experience: Minimum 5 years proven record in delivering mid‑to‑large scale projects on time, within scope, and on budget, across diverse industries, ideally with formal Project Management certification.
  • Cross‑Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross‑functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Stakeholder Management & Problem‑Solving: Strong skills in managing stakeholder expectations, resolving conflicts, and making data‑driven decisions to address project challenges.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry‑specific standards, including Industry 4.0, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.
  • Project Management Methodologies: Mastery of project management frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, and other relevant methodologies.
  • Multitasking & Prioritisation: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring prioritisation of tasks, resource allocation, and timely completion of deliverables across different workstreams.
