Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Mid-Senior level Project Manager to join our Professional Services organization. Our Professional Services team focuses on all aspects of delivering post-sales solutions, with a mission to delight our customers, help them achieve success and create customers for life. We’re seeking a Project Manager who is highly organized, proactive and can keep projects on track, delivering within the full expectations of the customer. The role reports to the Professional Services Manager and can be based in the UK or Ireland.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, monitor and control project deliverables, including reviewing project scope with respect to scheduling, resourcing, communications and change management
  • Monitor and control project progress, including using change management and escalations to the Professional Services Manager where necessary, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Develop, manage, control and maintain project reporting and associated documentation
  • Demonstrate project team leadership and management to ensure a strong culture of service delivery with high quality output and customer satisfaction
  • Assist the Regional Lead in achieving program targets
  • Work collaboratively with team members and external service providers
  • Build strong working relationships with all clients
Skills and qualifications
  • Experience with SAAS solutions
