A leading energy company in Dublin is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of EV charging infrastructure projects. The role entails planning, execution, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Candidates should have 7-10 years of relevant experience and a Level 8 Engineering Degree. The position offers a hybrid work model and a competitive salary range of €69,500 - €81,800 depending on experience.
Electrification of transport is a key pillar of ESB’s Net Zero 2040 Strategy – reducing the carbon impact from transport and improving air-quality while growing our business. ESB owns and operates the publicly available Electric Vehicle (EV) charging network on the island of Ireland and is expanding the ROI network and NI infrastructure. ESB ecars is also expanding in Britain with rapid-charging sites in London, Birmingham and Coventry and a project pipeline for future city-wide projects and UK sites. ESB ecars’ strategy is to continue to expand our EV charging infrastructure network in line with ESB’s Net Zero 2040 strategy.
ESB ecars Infrastructure Delivery team is responsible for all aspects of the delivery of new EV charging infrastructure from design to commissioning and handover to the ecars Asset Management. The Project Manager will lead the delivery of EV charging infrastructure projects across multiple client sites, including site assessments, coordinating contractors, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
The position will be based in Swift Square, Santry.

The successful candidate may work flexibly within their jurisdiction with attendance at the workplace for in-person collaboration on at least two anchor days per week. All smart working arrangements are subject to manager approval and ongoing review, based on the operational requirements of the role, the team, and the individual.
The successful candidate will be reporting into the Infrastructure Delivery Manager, e-cars, Customer Solutions.
€69,500 - €81,800 per annum (depending on experience)
