Overview

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Project Coordinator to oversee a variety of company projects, ranging from office construction and refurbishments to software rollouts and systems implementation. This is a permanent or part-time position based in Clane, Co. Kildare, with travel nationwide as required.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage all company projects from initiation to completion (e.g., rental of houses for overseas workers).
  • Work with the Financial Controller and Operations Director to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Conduct site visits and ensure works are carried out to required standards.
  • Undertake basic handywork and minor repairs where necessary.
  • Procure goods and services competitively, ensuring value for money (e.g., training instruments).
  • Manage project-related accounts and monitor budgets and spending.
  • Maintain regular reporting and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance across all sites and projects.
Requirements
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
