Production Supervisor page is loaded## Production Supervisorlocations: Dublin Ready Cheftime type: Full timeposted on: Posted 30+ Days Agotime left to apply: End Date: February 27, 2026 (30+ days left to apply)job requisition id: R226805**JOB DESCRIPTION****Production Supervisor – Permanent, Full-time**Ready Chef are seeking an experienced Factory Supervisor to work within a busy department where you will be responsible for producing orders on time to our customers and managing the staff within the factory on a day-to-day basis.**Key Accountabilities:*** Ensure that production meets quality standards set by the company.* Responsible for coordinating shifts, arranging schedules and monitoring employee performance* Review manufacturing processes for efficiency, noting areas for improvement and researching alternative machinery, equipment or modifications* Train operatives in all aspects of production in order allow managerial flexibility in times of worker absences or vacations* Adequately ensure HACCP standards are met.* Maintaining or exceeding goals on yields, productivity and efficiencies* Understanding and interpreting documents such as safety regulations, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals* Ensure compliance with established standards and procedures involving safety, sanitation, good manufacturing policies, housekeeping and other department programs* Coordinate staffing on a daily basis in line with budgets* Input data into Prophet, and other in-house software programs* Effectively and timely communicate appropriate information daily, weekly and monthly to all direct reports and peers* Attend weekly department meetings**Requirements:*** 1-year previous supervisory experience* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal* Knowledge of product quality standards and regulatory requirements* Previous experience in a factory environment (preferably fresh produce)* Ability to read and interpret production performance reports* Forklift experience is preferred but not essential* Available to work afternoons, nights and weekends (current shift is 15:00 – 00:00) and roster is typically 5 days over 7**Ready Chef Culture*** **Customer Focus:** We deeply understand our customers' needs, continuously looking at ways to deliver real value.* **Building Relationships:** We foster strong, effective relationships across teams, always working together.
