We manufacture yeast and bacteria that are distributed to our global customers throughout several industries (brewing, distilling, wine, animal food, pharma) .WHC lab is an aggressively fast growing business and looking to build out a team to help lead the company into a global market.

Key Responsibilities

• Safety – Promote a Zero Harm safety culture within the site, monitor adherence to all Environmental, Health & Safety standards and procedures.
• People – Lead and manage a team of production operators
• Customer – Meeting and exceeding customer requirements
• Quality – Producing products right first time, Hygiene, Incident reporting and change control.
• Bringing a reliable & positive vibe Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to establish scope in improvement projects at Wicklow as we ramp up to a fully commercial site.
