Micron Agritech is revolutionising animal health diagnostics through data-driven innovation. As we scale across Europe and launch new products, we’re looking for a Production Engineer to join our team and help drive the next phase of growth. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious engineer early in their careerlooking to make an immediate impact in a mission-driven start-up.

What you’ll do:

  1. Optimise and streamline our manufacturing, logistics, and shipping operations.
  2. Develop SOPs and quality control systems that support scalable production.
  3. Collaborate with R&D on design-for-manufacture (DFM) of new diagnostic tools.
  4. Analyse and improve our supply chain to reduce costs and increase reliability.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve product issues to minimise operational disruptions.

What we’re looking for:

  • A recent graduate (within 3 years) in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Process Engineering.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience through internships, placements, or full-time roles.
  • A problem-solver with a strong understanding of lean manufacturing and process design.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
  • Passion for innovation and a desire to grow within a fast-paced start-up environment.
