This role requires one day per week (Tuesday) in our Kilkenny HQ.
We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Learning Manager to lead the design, execution, and optimization of product learning programs that support both internal teams and external customers. In this role, you will own the learning experience across the customer lifecycle—from onboarding and activation to advanced product usage—helping drive product adoption, reduce support burden, and enable internal teams to speak confidently about the product.
As a key player at the intersection of Product, Customer Success, and Enablement, you will lead a team (or collaborate cross-functionally) to deliver scalable, data-informed learning solutions that align with business outcomes.
