Job Title: Procurement Systems Manager

Location: Dublin

Reports to: Director – Procurement COE

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate stakeholder discussions to understand their data governance needs and challenges
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data governance strategies and best practices
  • Develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
  • Utilize Tableau for data processing, analytics, and governance activities
  • Conduct assessments of data quality and compliance with governance policies
  • Provide recommendations for improvements in data management and governance processes
  • Document data architecture designs, standards, and best practices, and provide guidance and support to ensure adherence across stakeholders.
  • Train and mentor team members on data governance principles and tools
  • Provide stakeholder support, ensuring clear communication and understanding of technical solutions
Qualifications
  • Understanding of master data in procurement and data governance processes and frameworks
  • Project and/or program management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Experience working with business intelligence tools, such as Tableau, or PowerBI, and dashboard development a big plus
  • Any prior experience managing environmental, social and governance initiatives is a big plus
  • Understanding of SQL or similar query language to get the most out of data visualization is a plus
  • Understanding of procurement processes and analytical software is a plus
