Overview

As a Supply Chain/Procurement Analyst at Johnson Controls, you will collect, analyze, and manage data to provide key insights for actionable improvements to the organization. You will support the Supply Chain and Procurement teams by developing metrics and providing analytical support, while fostering internal stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Understand procurement reporting platforms including Inventory reporting, Enterprise Spend Reporting, and Supplier Scorecard.
  • Prepare data for processing in the Johnson Controls data lake.
  • Develop metrics that provide leadership with critical decision-making insights.
  • Manage the expectations and needs of stakeholders effectively.
  • Build relationships with key influencers across the organization.
  • Drive data quality improvements by collaborating with personnel to address data issues.
  • Create dashboards and metrics that provide valuable insights.
  • Understand key data standards like Enterprise Taxonomy and apply them to your analysis.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Information Systems.
  • Experience in supply chain or procurement data analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and high motivation.
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Access, with knowledge of PowerPoint and Word.
  • Experience in generating reports and dashboards using Power BI.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to various situations.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
Preferred
  • Knowledge of SQL and familiarity with Snowflake.
  • Experience in data visualization and dashboard creation.
