As part of their continued expansion, they are now seeking a Procurement Coordinator to join their dynamic team at their busy Monaghan-based manufacturing site.

  • Supporting the Procurement Officer with supplier relationships and daily procurement operations.
  • Liaising with suppliers to place and progress orders, confirm pricing, and track delivery timelines.
  • Maintaining procurement records and daily updates to the master file.
  • Assisting with forecasting and raw material planning to meet production needs.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of goods to prevent operational delays.
  • Supporting inventory management and supply chain coordination.
  • Performing ad hoc duties to assist the wider team.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years’ experience in a busy purchasing role, ideally in the food manufacturing sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Experience with procurement or ERP software is a plus.
  • Leaving Certificate or equivalent required.
