Are you a qualified Pharmacy Technician with strong leadership skills, ready to take the next step in your career? We are currently seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead a well-established, community-focused pharmacy in Waterford City.

About the Role:

As Pharmacy Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy while working as a hands-on member of the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and experienced team that values collaboration, professional development, and excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily running of the pharmacy with a focus on efficiency and compliance

Assist in staff training and development

Requirements:

Qualified Pharmacy Technician with relevant experience and completed IPU course.

Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting is highly desirable

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to lead by example and foster a positive work environment

Familiarity with pharmacy software systems
