DOCOsoft is seeking a dynamic and experienced People and Culture Business Partner to join our team. Reporting to the Head of People and Culture you will be an integral member of our People and Culture department, collaborating closely with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that align with organisational goals and foster a culture of high performance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with people managers to understand business objectives and develop employee strategies that support organisational success.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, talent development and workforce planning.
  • Advise and support managers in handling employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and timely resolution.
  • Coach managers on performance management, including performance improvement plans, goal setting, and development planning.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify resourcing needs and develop effective recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and selection to onboarding and integration.
  • Champion and drive initiatives that enhance workplace culture, engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law across the UK and Ireland, providing clear and pragmatic advice.
  • Stay informed on HR trends and best practices, recommending updates to policies and processes as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Third-level HR qualification (e.g., Bachelor's degree in HR Management or CIPD qualification).
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as an HR Generalist or Business Partner providing HR advice and support, with a strong focus on employee relations.
  • Hands‑on experience managing HR compliance with UK and Ireland employment legislation.
  • Committed to enhancing organisational effectiveness through performance management, talent acquisition, and talent development initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
  • CIPD or equivalent professional membership is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant HR software.
