We are seeking a dynamic Partner Manager to spearhead the launch of a cutting-edge digital marketing solution across European markets. This role involves collaborating with a prominent social media platform to empower businesses to achieve success. You will guide new clients from the outset, educating and inspiring them to craft effective campaigns that drive results and meet their objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and Engage New Partners: Research and contact potential businesses that could benefit from our unique offerings, delivering personalized pitches.
  • Setup for Success: Ensure advertisers are well-prepared before transitioning to account management for scaling.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with existing advertisers to understand their goals and co-create tailored marketing plans.
  • Client Insights: Develop a deep understanding of partners' business objectives, providing informed insights to aid their success.
  • Relationship Building: Establish long-term relationships as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Performance Targets: Work towards fixed KPIs and quarterly sales goals.
  • Collaboration: Share knowledge with the broader sales team to enhance role effectiveness.

Qualifications
