Your Main Responsibilities

• Identify and research high-potential companies to target for outreach
• Collaborate closely with experienced SMB Account Executives to design and execute effective prospecting strategies that drive pipeline growth
• Craft, test, and refine messaging across various channels, industries, and buyer personas
• Share insights, learnings, and best practices to help enhance outbound processes and support team-wide success

Your Required Skills and Experiences

• Bring 6–12 months of professional experience, ideally in an inbound or outbound BDR role within the marketing technology space
• Demonstrate a strong drive for continuous improvement and a commitment to high standards
• Thrive on exceeding targets and are energized by achieving ambitious goals
• Excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments where adaptability is key
• Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Are fluent in German, both written and spoken
