This role will look after South & South-East of Ireland. The Orthopaedic Sales Specialists will work with as part of our Orthopaedic Sales team responsible for Recon and will co-lead the Orthopaedic accounts for a specific territory in Ireland (Cork, Cork-Kerry & South East). The ideal candidate should be based on Territory.**Principal Duties and Responsibilities:*** Develop relationships with key customers across Orthopaedic teams in each region to include but not limited to Theatre, CSSD and procurement* Daily technical support for customers both in orthopaedic procedures and theatre* Achievement of sales plans on a quarterly and annual basis* Support customers with clinical, technical, and commercial inquiries* Annual business planning and implementation for region* Identify and Development of new business opportunities in each centre* Provide feedback/monthly reports on customers, promotional programs, and environmental changes and provide ideas to improve product and company performance in the marketplace* Implementation of new product launches and other corporate activities within area of recon* Develop and assist with demonstration and training on company products* Develop relationships with key customers into lasting business partnerships* Assist Regional Manager with the implementation of new product launches and other corporate activities within area of responsibility* Attendance at relevant conferences and meetings**Key Skills & Experiences*** A Technical Qualification and an aptitude for learning new Surgical Technologies.* A minimum of 3+ years’ successful track record in medical sales or technology service in the hospital environment is desirable, also experience in Medical device manufacturing & design will be considered.* Candidates must have the ability to be comfortable working in the Hospital Operating Room environment.* Role requires both Technical and Sales Skills, with a primary focus on Customer Service & Patient Safety.* High reliance on drive and planning/organisational skills* Excellent interpersonal skills: Customer focused with strong influencing skills* Good administrative and computing skills* Commercially aware, be able to manage a complex business.* Self-motivated and team player* Full Drivers License**Culture at Uniphar** We pride ourselves in being truly entrepreneurial, innovative, collaborative, with a strong problem-solving ethos.
