About The Role

Supporting the CEO and senior executives on key company initiatives, Operating Partners are Revolut's generalist executives and problem solvers.

You'll take ownership of high-priority projects, build and lead high-performing teams across various functions and markets, and deliver business value through the creation, optimisation, and maintenance of various processes and products.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and executing key company initiatives
• Identifying new growth and revenue opportunities
• Owning standalone verticals/functions/teams, including potential turnaround cases
• Hiring and leading high-performing teams
• Building and optimising scalable processes to support the company's growth
  
  

What You'll Need

• A STEM or other highly quantitative degree from a top-tier university
• A track record of outstanding achievement in different areas
• 8+ years of experience in a top-tier investment bank/PE, strategy consultancy, or fast-growing technology company
• A proven track record of career progression
• Experience building and leading multiple high-performing teams with 10+ direct reports
• Experience working abroad or as an expat
