Job Title: Office Administrator Logistics
Location: Aurivo Consumer Foods, Achonry, Sligo
Opportunity: Permanent
Aurivo Co-op is a large multi-purpose Co-operative engaged in a wide range of activities including dairy processing, liquid milk distribution, animal feed milling, retail stores, e-commerce, garden centres, livestock marketing and sports nutrition. In Aurivo our values define how we operate, employing over 750 people directly and providing employment for many others in wide range of activities including transport & distribution.
Opportunity
The successful candidate will be responsible for the office administration related to the receipts of goods, stock management, and dispatch of products. The candidate will be liaising with Suppliers, Customers and Transport providers daily to ensure that orders are met and that the business meets its KPIs.
This opportunity is for a full-time role. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious member of the team to develop new skills and gain experience.
Key Responsibilities
Recording of goods inward received daily.
Daily stock taking to maintain accuracy of stock levels.
Liaise with other business units to manage stock transfers.
Generating orders and forecasts to meet requirements.
Transaction entries for all receipt/invoicing
Stock reconciliation
Site administration support
Complete ad hoc projects/work as needed.
Day role: Tuesday to Saturday.
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum Qualification: Leaving Certificate required.
Strong working knowledge of MS word, excel, outlook.
Experience in a similar role is preferable.
Excellent time management/organisational skills
Work well as part of a team
Communicates effective both written and verbal.
Ability to live and deliver on Aurivo's values of Trust, Team, Will to Win and Value
Flexibility with regards to working hours
