Job description

Our client, an establishedIrish Medical Businessbased inLittle Island, is looking for an Office Administrator to join their team on an initial 12-month contract. This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is critical. Previous experience in a medical or healthcare environment is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient administration and management support – scheduling patients and clinics.

  • Meet and greet all office visitors, making a positive impression as the first point of contact.

  • Customer-facing skills across phone and in-person are required.

  • Answering phones, screening, and redirecting calls as necessary.

  • Supporting managers with administrative tasks.

  • General office support including filing and maintaining paperwork, correspondence, mail, and supply management.

  • Ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a medical or healthcare-related background.

  • Proficient in IT – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Patient Management Systems, Data Entry.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.

  • Positive attitude and takes ownership/initiative.

  • Ability to maintain a high level of client service delivery.

  • Excels in a fast-paced environment.
