The purpose of the Senior Principal Product Manager – Mobile is to build innovative mobile security products. This is a dual role that requires managing the business of mobile security products along with building a mobile platform that facilitates building independent applications for the rest of the products within Gen brands (Norton, Avast, AVG, Avira, Lifelock, CCleaner etc.)
Sr. Principal Product Manager – Freemium Products – You will be coming from a global team working across different time zones, in a heavily metric driven organisation.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to join our Cybersecurity business line. As a key player within our product organization, you will spearhead the mobile security products across our freemium brands and will be responsible for the growth and retention of the business while maintaining the higher customer satisfaction. Your role will involve building the product strategy, managing the roadmap, defining and prioritizing the requirement backlog, deliver successful business outcomes while maintaining the high customer satisfaction. You will be working in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders, spread across different locations and time zones and will need to gain alignment for successful prioritization and risk mitigation.
The candidate must be a self-starter and self-motivator, with strong understanding of the business landscape and mobile ecosystem. The candidate must be an excellent communicator who can build and maintain relations on various levels and can present to senior leaders. The ideal candidate should also be skilled in research, ideation and thinking outside the box.
Success will be measured by the development and delivery of roadmap items for defined products to meet strategy and business goals, their ROI assessment and actual performance results.
Objectives:
Product Strategy: Conduct thorough research of the market, competition, customer needs and assess our internal strengths and weaknesses to build the winning product strategy.
Roadmap Management: Develop and maintain the roadmap for the mobile security products across our freemium brands, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Data Analysis: Define, monitor, and assess the KPIs to provide actionable insights and projections for the product to satisfy the underlying business goals.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with other product managers, Sales and Go-to-Market teams, design, engineering, support, PMO, and other groups to ensure successful alignment, prioritization, and risk mitigation.
Storytelling & Requirements Definition: Clearly articulate the story behind your projects and define a set of requirements. Justify prioritization decisions and communicate them effectively both in writing and verbally.
Business Case Development: Create compelling business cases by evaluating various factors and providing a comprehensive analysis of potential impacts on the product and underlying business.

Proven track record of product and major feature launches
Passion for building digital products and learning new skills
Qualitative and quantitative decision making
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast-paced environments
Ability to work with abstract concepts and prototypes, turning ideas into actionable solutions and tangible results
Experience with customer and market research
Ability to work independently and proactively, lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Creativity and ideation skills; ability to think outside the box to identify new technologies and opportunities to bridge gaps and deliver business value.
Experience in preparing and presenting content to various audiences and levels of leaderships.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
Programming Knowledge: Basic understanding of programming languages or development environments can be a plus (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
Tools Knowledge: Miro, Productboard, Figma, Jira, Confluence, PowerBI, Qlikview, Marketing tools such as firebase, Singular, Google Analytics etc.
Product Management experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a Product management role in B2C or B2B SaaS, in mobile products or cybersecurity space
