Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions in Cisco and Fortinet networking/security environments.


• Translate design plans into infrastructure implementations that meet business and technical requirements.


• Provide advanced troubleshooting support, researching and developing solutions as needed.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success in terms of scope, budget, and timeline.


• Manage project execution from development to implementation, ensuring compliance with best practices.


• Handle 2nd and 3rd level support for network incidents and liaise with vendor TAC teams when required.


• Utilize network monitoring and security tools (AD, SolarWinds, RMM tools, etc.) to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.


• Experience in Cisco ISE, Firepower, Wireless, and DNAC.


• Hands-on expertise with Cisco Routing & Switching.


• Proficiency in Fortinet technologies, including FortiGate, FortiManager, and FortiAnalyzer.


• Industry certifications: Cisco CCNP and Fortinet FCP required.


• Understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, ISIS) and MPLS (Layer 2/3 VPN).


• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.


• Proficiency in MS Office for documentation and reporting.
