Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Clondalkin, Dublin 22

Position Type: Permanent

Reports to: Group Operations Manager

Overview:

A leading construction organisation is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive and manage all aspects of marketing strategy across multiple sites and channels. Reporting to the Group Operations Manager, you will focus on growing the business, enhancing brand visibility, and engaging customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the marketing strategy, aligned with business goals.

• Campaign & Content Management: Manage multi-channel campaigns (digital and traditional), ensuring brand consistency.

• Brand Management: Safeguard and evolve the organization’s brand across all touchpoints.

• Digital Marketing: Oversee website content, SEO, social media, email marketing, and online ads.

• Budget & Reporting: Manage the marketing budget, track ROI, and report on campaign performance.

• Project & Event Management: Coordinate marketing events, product launches, and trade shows.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Purchasing, E-Commerce) and external partners.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, ideally in B2B or construction sectors.

• Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills.

• Expertise in managing both digital and traditional marketing campaigns.

• Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Canva, WordPress).

• Strong communication skills with attention to detail and design.

• Leadership qualities with experience motivating and guiding teams.

• Budgeting and performance tracking experience.
