Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single point of contact for strategy, communication, and reporting for all active suppliers.
  • Create and own the Yearly Editorial Calendar for every supplier, defining what campaign is created and when.
  • Prepare and present Monthly and Quarterly results decks to suppliers, providing insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Full ownership of event strategy, including booth design, logistics, staffing, and pre/post-show marketing.
  • Develop and manage the comprehensive launch strategy and marketing plan for newly acquired suppliers.
  • Step in to build and execute campaigns specifically for Major Accounts during periods of high volume to ensure quality and speed.

Role Summary

The Marketing Manager is the Voice of the Customer and the primary strategist for all supplier partners. This role owns the Account Management for all active suppliers, creating the editorial calendars, managing the relationships, and reporting results. You act as the bridge between strategy and execution, leading all Tradeshows and stepping in to execute high-stakes campaigns for major accounts when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supplier Account Management: Serve as the single point of contact for strategy, communication, and reporting for all active suppliers.
  • Strategic Planning: Create and own the Yearly Editorial Calendar for every supplier, defining what campaign is created and when.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and present Monthly and Quarterly results decks to suppliers, providing insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Tradeshow Management: Full ownership of event strategy, including booth design, logistics, staffing, and pre/post-show marketing.
  • Supplier Onboarding: Develop and manage the comprehensive launch strategy and marketing plan for newly acquired suppliers.
  • High-Level Execution (The "Safety Valve"): Step in to build and execute campaigns specifically for Major Accounts (IFF, Dow, DuPont) during periods of high volume to ensure quality and speed.
