Overview

Lidon Group has a vacancy for a junior Marketing professional to join our Marketing team. This is an on-site role based at Lidon Group Support Office in Monasterevin, Co. Kildare, with some travel between sites. A full clean Irish driving licence is required.

The Marketing team works collaboratively with colleagues across Lidon Group sites and other support office departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
  • Coordinate promotional activities, events, and campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics and prepare reports.
  • Collaborate with business development and product teams to align marketing strategies.
  • Maintain the company’s website and online presence.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials and presentations.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with a range of people and able to work on your own initiative.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Excellent IT skills, including MS Office and general computer use for research
  • Organised with strong attention to detail
  • Experience in a busy retail environment is desirable
