Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

The Marketing and Communications Executive is responsible for supporting and executing both external and internal communication strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and foster a connected and informed workplace. This role involves a blend of creative content development, campaign execution, digital media management, and strategic stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing and External Communications

• Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, events).
• Contribute ideas for campaign creative and messaging.
• Develop, write, and edit engaging content for external platforms, including website copy, blog posts, press releases, and email newsletters.
• Manage and maintain the Entegro's public‑facing social media profiles, monitor engagement, and respond to engagement in the effective manner.
• Review the websites in place and manage updating for new markets and new services.
• Support website updates and manage content, ensuring all external communications align with brand guidelines.
• Support and implement all Brand refreshes.

Internal Communications

• Support the development and execution of an internal communication strategy to keep employees informed and engaged.
• Create and distribute compelling content for internal channels, such as company‑wide emails, newsletters, and intranet announcements.
• Work with various departments to gather information and help communicate key internal initiatives, and company news.
• Assist Entegro in the promotion of internal events, town halls, and employee engagement activities.
• Help ensure that internal messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with the Entegro's goals and values.

Reporting and Analysis

• Track and report on the all marketing and communication performance.
• Monitor competitor activity and stay up‑to‑date with industry and internal communication trends.
• Assist in preparing performance reports and presentations for senior team leads.

Skills Required

What You’ll Need

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Experience: 1‑3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role. Experience with both external and internal communication is highly beneficial.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in a range of social media platforms and management tools.
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
• Basic knowledge of digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
