Job description
Overview

We are Compass Group Ireland, seeking a part-time Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team. You will work with the onsite team and other leaders across the business to ensure the best service is delivered. Shift pattern: 3 out of 5 days, with 2 days onsite in Leixlip, Kildare and 1 day working from home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive customer engagement strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with the general manager and head chefs to create and execute integrated food events and supplier pop-ups within the employee dining.
  • Lead the planning and execution of communication initiatives, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across various channels.
  • Conduct face-to-face customer feedback “Talk Thursday” onsite to analyse customer feedback and behaviour data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in customer engagement and marketing efforts.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and onsite clients through effective communication, addressing inquiries, and providing relevant information.
  • Drive the development of marketing collateral, including content creation, for both digital and traditional platforms.
  • Conducted monthly Partnership Review presentations for onsite clients, highlighting event activations, customer engagement initiatives and measurable impact on sales performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance customer engagement strategies.
