As a Market HR Consultant for our EMEA Headquarters, you will be at the forefront of shaping the employee experience at one of Google's key strategic and growth sites. This unique role requires a strategic thought leader, program manager, and site influencer, moving beyond traditional HR. You will make a significant impact on our Ireland site, which continues to grow.
In this role, you will be a key driver of HR programs for Google Ireland. You will be a strategic thinker capable of leveraging data and insights to create a better future for Ireland based Googlers. You will work on a range of focus areas from new hire experience, empowering our manager community, market HR compliance reporting pay gap and the roll out of new HR programs and processes to 6000 Googlers. Your role offers the opportunity to collaborate with executive stakeholders and influence the site's direction. While a background in Irish employment law and experience with workers councils and unions is beneficial, you will be a strategic HR leader, who is problem-solving and experienced with a passion for building proactive and scalable solutions.
