Job summary

A leading Biotech Consultancy firm is seeking an entry-level mechanical engineer in Clonmel, County Tipperary. The role includes developing maintenance schedules, supporting validation processes, and improving engineering metrics. Responsibilities

  • Develop preventative maintenance schedules and SLA with vendors.
  • Ensure correct spare parts for continuous operation.
  • Support development and registration of Equipment and Instrumentation on CMMS systems.
  • Support of FATs, Project walkdowns, Commissioning and Documentation Handover.
  • Develop SOPs and WIs for facility.
  • Support validation of equipment, particularly HVAC and Process Air.
  • Engineering metrics reporting and action planning.
  • Continuous improvement through Digital and MPS.
