Role: Fully Accredited Wellness Psychotherapist (Masters Required)

We are seeking fully accredited counsellors/psychotherapists to join our corporate well‑being team, offering one‑to‑one wellness check‑ins, mental health support, and group psycho‑education. This role provides the opportunity to deliver meaningful wellness services while gaining experience in business processes, note‑taking, crisis intervention and working alongside senior clinicians.

  • Hours: Flexible
  • Shifts: 7am‑3:30pm, 9am‑5:30pm, or 5:30pm‑2am
  • Days: Monday‑Sunday (Flexible)
  • Start Date: As soon as possible
  • Location: Sandyford, Dublin

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide preventative, psycho‑educational support to individuals and groups
  • Contribute to service development and well‑being initiatives
  • Work within professional and clinical governance standards
  • Refer clients to appropriate services when needed
  • Maintain accurate clinical notes and reports
  • Use a client management system for scheduling
  • Draft articles and content for the organisation when required
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Masters degree in psychotherapy, counselling, psychology, clinical social work, or related area
  • Full accreditation (PSI, IACP, IICP, IAHIP, ICP)
  • Minimum 3 years post‑graduate clinical experience
  • Professional indemnity insurance
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Proficient in IT or willing to learn
  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable in evolving environments
  • Strong team collaboration skills
  • Fluent English (B2+)
Desirable Competencies
  • Experience running groups or presentations
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Previous people management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational abilities
