An opportunity for a Life & Pension Sales Consultant at an advisory firm in Ireland. The role focuses on nurturing client relationships, providing tailored financial advice, and expanding the client base. Candidates should possess relevant qualifications and a strong sales record, with flexibility in working arrangements encouraged.
WTW’s Retirement business helps organizations develop retirement programs that meet their workforce needs and financial management strategies to deal with the impact of a wide range of uncertain future economic scenarios. We partner with other WTW businesses and clients around the globe to identify the best approaches to design, fund, govern, administer, invest and communicate retirement programs and their assets.
Make a difference in people’s futures — while building yours.
The Role
We’re looking for an ambitious Life & Pension Sales Consultant to join our warm, collaborative, and highly experienced Financial Planning & Advisory team. This is your chance to work with an established client base in Cork, Dublin, Limerick, or Galway, while also developing new relationships that will shape the financial wellbeing of individuals and families in your community.
In this role, you’ll go beyond numbers and policies — you’ll help clients prepare for life’s milestones, protect what matters most, and make confident, informed financial decisions. With a supportive team behind you and a strong reputation in the market, you’ll have the tools, knowledge, and brand to succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing
If you’re driven, client-focused, and passionate about helping people secure their future, this is an opportunity to join a team that will invest in your growth as much as you invest in your clients.
At WTW, we trust you to know your work and the people, tools and environment you need to be successful. The majority of our colleagues work in a ”hybrid” style, with a mix of remote, in-person and in office interactions dependent on the needs of the team, role and clients. Our flexibility is rooted in trust and “hybrid” is not a one-size-fits-all solution. We understand flexibility is key to supporting an inclusive and diverse workforce and so we encourage requests for all types of flexible working as well as location-based arrangements. Please speak to your recruiter to discuss more.
The Requirements
At WTW, we believe difference makes us stronger. We want our workforce to reflect the different and varied markets we operate in and to build a culture of inclusivity that makes colleagues feel welcome, valued and empowered to bring their whole selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive work environment throughout our organisation. We embrace all types of diversity.
We’re committed to equal employment opportunity and provide application, interview and workplace adjustments and accommodations to all applicants. If you foresee any barriers, from the application process through to joining WTW, please email candidate.helpdesk@willistowerswatson.com.
