Join their dynamic team as a Legal Operations Associate for a leading multinational technology company. This back-office position involves processing and analyzing requests from law enforcement and legal entities while ensuring the utmost confidentiality and compliance with user privacy and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process, analyze, and interpret data requests from law enforcement entities.
  • Maintain a high standard of accuracy and professionalism in repetitive, detail-oriented workflows.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality in handling sensitive user data.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Polish (C2+, written and spoken)
  • English proficiency at B2 and higher (written and spoken)
    • Exceptional attention to detail.
    • Strong reading comprehension skills and ability to work independently.
  • Preferred:
    • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
    • 2+ years in data entry, operations, or legal work.
    • Professional interaction skills with internal stakeholders.

Working Hours:

  • 40 hours/week, Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (rotational days off).
  • Integration into the team.
  • Product and software training.
  • Practical on-the-job learning.

Compensation Package:
