Legal Executive - Banking

We represent a corporate firm located in Dublin seeking a Legal Executive to join their Banking Dept in what is an integral role within the organisation. This will be a varied role supporting fee earners within a renowned practice where you will get high quality, hands on experience.

This role supports a great team that provides advice to clients on all facets of commercial transactions including acquisitions, commercial real estate, leveraged finance etc. The team also have a great blend of client from financial institutions, borrowers, commercial entities etc.

The Role

  • Preparation of receiver documents and validity reports
  • Managing the files - drafting contracts, booklets, titles, arranging completions etc
  • Assist fee earners with high quality support work
  • Preparation of all registration documents - Registry of Deeds, Land Registry etc
  • Assist with the progress and tracking of cases and transactions
  • Multi-channel liaison - clients, agents, solicitors, banks etc
  • Additional ad hoc work related to the specific file in process

The Person

  • At least 2 years Legal Practice experience - Banking, Corporate and Commercial Real Estate would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Can work in a fast paced, growth environment
  • Ability to manage your own workload
