Direct the design and delivery of leadershipand talent development solutions that build effective, capable leaders ready to manage in an Agile organisation.

  • Define and deliver development strategy and pathways.
  • Oversee the work of the team in Leadership and Talent.
  • Drive succession planning and high-potential development initiatives.
  • Coach senior leaders and enable leadership effectiveness.
  • Partner with business leaders on talent acceleration strategies.
  • Align leadership development with the organisation’s future needs.

The skills we're looking for

  • Strong experience in leadership development and executive coaching.
  • Strategic talent management and succession planning expertise.
  • Excellent facilitation and coaching skills.
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of Agile leadership behaviours.
