Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced L&D Training Coordinator to join their expanding HR team.

About the Role

In this newly created role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the design and delivery of training and development programmes across the organisation. You will work closely with HR leadership and departmental managers to understand business needs and ensure employees have access to the tools and support they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify training and development needs through consultation with managers
  • Design and coordinate effective training programmes tailored to business needs
  • Deliver or oversee training sessions (internal or external)
  • Evaluate and report on training effectiveness
  • Support company-wide L&D strategy and promote a culture of continuous learning
  • Maintain training records and help ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Travel may occasionally be required (up to 25%)


What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a learning and development or training coordination role
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to create and manage engaging training content
  • Passion for people development and employee engagement
  • Well-organised with good project management skills
  • Experience in a technical, engineering, or construction-related industry is an advantage
