Overview

Key Account Executive – Pharmaceuticals role at Accord Healthcare. Full Time, Location West of Ireland. The role is field-based with monthly meetings at Head Office in Little Island, Cork. The main goal is to achieve sales objectives across designated key accounts and prospects for new business, while developing business plans in the territory and covering a limited number of Specialty Brands in a hospital environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish relationships and implement opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales objectives across designated key accounts and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop business plans and manage territory strategy.
  • Cover a limited number of Specialty Brands in hospital settings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build relationships with a broad range of contacts across allocated accounts.
  • Provide market feedback on competitors and maintain updated competitor and partner pricelist to the commercial team.
  • Implement pricing strategies and monthly marketing schemes to maximise impact.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical sector in a similar role
  • Knowledge of the local pharmaceutical/generics landscape
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills; able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player able to work on own initiative
