A rugby organization in Ireland seeks an Elite Player Development Officer (EPDO) Forwards Specialist to oversee the National Talent Squad and Provincial Talent Squad Programs. This two-year fixed contract role focuses on developing performance programs for forwards and identifying high-performance players for provincial and national representation. The IRFU & Ulster Rugby are inviting applications for the position of Elite Player Development Officer (EPDO) Forwards Specialist. The EPDO will have responsibility for the delivery of the National Talent Squad & Provincial Talent Squad Programs in Ulster, with particular attention on forwards play, and ensuring vibrant Performance programs exist through which High-Performance players are identified for Ulster & Ireland.
